Orientation for Golden Gate Xpress

Xpress will be holding an open orientation for students in the journalism department — both photo and print/online majors — who may be interested in joining the newsroom staff for the Fall 2021 semester.

The orientation will take place from 9:45-10:45 a.m. during Xpress’ class session.

We’ll be going over how the class is structured, general course expectations, and share reporter and photographer experiences.

Being on Xpress gives you the freedom to pitch and write about almost anything that interests you — please come with any questions you may have, and we’ll be happy to answer them for you.
